Welcome to Keleana Cleaners Terms and Conditions of Service. 




The Company – means Keleana ltd.

The Client – means the person or firm to whom cleaning services are supplied as defined by the Companies Act 1985.

The Cleaner – means person or firm carrying out cleaning services for Keleana Ltd.

Contract Terms

These terms and conditions represent a contract between Keleana Ltd and the Client. The Client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions agree with any of Keleana Ltd’s cleaning services including bookings or orders through phone, email, or website.

These T&Cs will prevail over any other terms of business put forward by the client. Keleana Ltd uses a minimum 2hour charge cleaning service. No alterations or changes will be made to these T&Cs without approval in writing by the company director.

Invoice Terms

Invoice payments are due on receipt via Barclays. 8.5% interest will be applied to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to withhold or terminate cleaning services and documents should non-payment of services be met. Any extra charges incurred for working for the client will be charged and evidence of receipts kept. i.e., Congestion charge, Parking, Printing, Courier.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT and other duties. Additional work that isn’t covered in the quotation/briefing will be charged separately but on the same invoice. Cleaning prices are adjusted in line with inflation and minimum wage. The company will provide all supplies and equipment.

Any products or supplies the client wishes the cleaner to use are at their own risk, Keleana Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage/breakage. After cleaning services have been carried out no refunds shall be given. If the client is dissatisfied with any part of the service carried out, they can notify Keleana Ltd within 24hrs for a free return clean on the specified area only.

Payment Terms

The client agrees to full payment of the cleaning service if the cleaner cannot gain access to the premises either from a no let in or no keys. Canceling less than 24 hrs will incur full payment of services. Refunds will be issued if Keleana cannot provide a replacement for an absent cleaner. Bank Holidays will need to be addressed to Keleana before the date. If the cleaner is not needed due to the closure of premises, notice must be given prior.

30 days notice shall be given in writing to the director of Keleana Ltd should contracts be terminated or the outstanding balance for the remainder of the contract shall be due. The client agrees to a cancellation fee equal to 30 days of service, should the contract be broken by no notice given or less than 30 days’ notice. Complaints are taken seriously if you are not happy let us make it right. We want you to be satisfied with our services.

Any breakages/damages made accidentally shall be notified to Keleana Ltd within 24 hours, and anything irreplaceable or sentimental shall be stored away and not to be cleaned by the cleaning operatives.

  • Keleana Ltd will not be responsible for any faulty /and or improper installation of any item.
  • Any attempt at insurance fraud will incur prosecution by the company.
  • Keleana Ltd cleaning operatives will only be liable for keys/locksmith if they have lost the keys. 
  • The company shall not be liable for any reason for loss of earnings, costs, damage, or compensation due to the client due to the late arrival of a cleaner. We aim to be punctual on all occasions but sometimes due to transport problems may arise.
  • Hot water is not the responsibility of the cleaner it is the responsibility of the client and shall not be liable.
  • Time limits on cleaning are merely an estimate and may take longer, especially on builders’ clean/sparkle large and neglected homes.
  • All fragile and highly breakable items must be moved or secured. 
  • If a free return clean on a section is being offered by Keleana Limited for an area missed, the premises will be in the same standard as the original clean.
  • Tenants will be out of the building whilst cleaning commences on a property.
  • Aggressive and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated by staff and the company reserves the right to cease cleaning should this happen.
